Why trekking in Nepal ?

Taking people on a trip to Nepal is the closing of a circle for it brings together so much of what is important for me!

For as long as I can remember nature has brought me back in touch with myself. I have always taken refuge in nature, from the grey shores and the muddy fields of Flanders, the grand Pyrénées, the Northern African Desert to the endless and raw beauty of Canyonlands in Utah.

Nature engages my whole being - mind, heart, body and spirit. Over time I have become interested in the healing qualities of nature and with these trips I hope to be able to share some of these insights with you!

When I heard of Helga Peeters and her idea to organize trekkings "with something extra" through the Himalayas, I was immediately enthused ...

In Nepal we found each other on the same wavelengths: sharing a curiosity, love and respect for nature AND for people.

What we hope to achieve is to create a link between the personal and the spiritual where the inner journey of transformation matches the outer journey in Nature.

I hope you will be tempted and join us on one of our journeys!

You never conquer a mountain.
Mountains can't be conquered
You conquer yourself,
your hopes, your fears.
