Early on in my career I specialized in Grief Counseling.


I have always been fascinated by how psychotherapy can support the integration of body, self and soul. This has lead me to explore many different kinds of body-therapies first for myself and then learning how to integrate them in my work with clients. I did a 1 year specialisation in Body-Processing and I am a certified Mindfulness Meditiation Teacher.


Through regular attendence of shorter trainings and workshops I continue to learn and grow as a person and a therapist.
